Buyer reviewing a dry bag construction brief

For business procurement teams

Custom Dry Bag Sourcing: our buyer-side role

We are an independent sourcing partner, helping businesses turn a product idea into a requirement that possible factories can answer. The service name describes that coordination role; it does not imply ownership of a factory, stock, or authorization from another brand.

  1. Record the requested configuration.
  2. Expose differences between quotations.
  3. Keep evidence and approval decisions separate.

Operating principles, one decision at a time

  1. Requirement clarity

A request for a dry bag should identify shell and coating materials, usable capacity, finished dimensions, closure and straps. We distinguish a mandatory condition from an alternative so that a supplier does not silently change the request.

  2. Quote comparability

The quotation basis includes pieces by variant, retail pack ratio, carton dimensions and destination scope. A product price without artwork, sample or transport assumptions is incomplete for a business purchase decision.

  3. Evidence boundaries

A document is a review input, not a claim that the item has been approved. The proposed item, maker and revision must match any exact-item test evidence; unresolved differences remain on the question list.

  4. Buyer approval

Buyers retain the choice of supplier, acceptance criteria and commercial terms. A sample review or quotation discussion does not itself place a purchase order or authorize production changes.

Information and confirmation have different owners

Your starting information

Provide the destination, intended application, variant quantities and required timing. An optional budget with currency and per-unit or complete-order basis helps express priorities. High-end, mid-range, budget and undecided describe preferences rather than supplier ratings.

What remains to be checked

Possible suppliers must confirm MOQ, availability, sample terms and the proposed configuration. Performance language needs matching conditions and evidence. We do not replace testing, regulatory advice, inspection or legal review, and cannot promise a saving or dispatch date.

Introduce your purchasing requirement

A clear brief lets the conversation focus on decisions instead of assumptions. Describe what is already approved, what may change and which documents you want to request. Avoid sending confidential artwork until the sharing scope has been agreed.
