Prepare your next factory inquiry

Contact Custom Dry Bag Sourcing

Send your requirements through the inquiry form. Our independent buyer-side role is to clarify specifications and coordinate sourcing questions; product availability, MOQ and timing remain subject to the proposed supplier's confirmation.

Start with the use

Describe the dry bag activity, intended exposure and carrying routine. Identify whether the program is retail, outfitter equipment or branded distribution, so the request asks the right questions about closure, straps and packaging.

Give a reply channel

Use a work email that the procurement team can monitor. No public office, phone number, response deadline or appointment service is represented here. The form is the current route for starting a sourcing conversation.

Keep decisions visible

Record what is mandatory, what may change and what still needs confirmation. Share confidential artwork or additional documents after the communication and sharing scope have been agreed with the receiving party.

A practical sourcing brief

Specify shell, lining and coating, capacity in L, finished dimensions in cm or in, closure and compartments. Add pieces by variant, branding and carton pack. The pack ratio and carton dimensions influence a comparable delivery scope, while exact-item test evidence must be requested for any important performance statement.

Give the US destination and the date you need the goods, with sample and approval decisions distinguished from production timing. Optional budget details should include amount or range, currency and per-unit or complete-order basis. Supplier tier is a preference about cost, finish and service rather than a verified rating; you do not need an existing quote.

Before sending, check that the email is correct and that the requirement contains your own acceptance questions. Submission starts a review request; it does not place an order, reserve stock or approve a supplier. You can consult the sourcing method and specification review when deciding what to include.
